Deadline
The quarter's VAT return is due. The documents are everywhere.
It gathers the period's documents, tells you what's missing, and prepares the delivery to your accountant before the date.
What happens
The return is your accountant's job. But they can't do anything without the period's purchase and sales invoices. Those are in three mailboxes, a downloads folder and a drawer. And there are four days left.
What it does in this case
It knows your regime
Monthly, quarterly or annual: the deadline is in the calendar from setup.
It gathers the period
Every bank transaction of the quarter, with its document. What's missing is listed, supplier by supplier.
It asks for what's missing
Invoice requests are ready at D-15. You approve, they go.
It delivers the file
Sorted documents, period register, listed exceptions: ready for your accountant, in one click.
