The form and the check
The check is computed in your browser. If you ask to be contacted, your answers, name, company, e-mail and, if given, phone are e-mailed to the publisher, with the source of your visit (campaign, keyword). They are used only to reply to you. Retention: 12 months after the last exchange, then erased. No newsletter.
Your messages
Messages sent to contact@sme-luxembourg.eu, and those from the form, arrive in the publisher's mailbox, hosted by OVH, and are kept with their attachments in its files, on its computer. Same period: 12 months after the last exchange. You can ask for their erasure at any time, without giving a reason: write to contact@sme-luxembourg.eu.
Booking a slot
If you book a slot, your name, e-mail, phone if given and your question go through Cal.com, the booking service, and are entered in the publisher's calendar (Google Calendar). They are used only to hold the meeting. Retention: as for the form.
The bank export
If you drop a CSV file on the check page, it is read in your browser and never sent. Only counts (transactions, counterparties, recurring debits) are transmitted, and only if you tick the box.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent only, the site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta tags to measure visits and conversions. Without consent, none of these tags is loaded. You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.
