Accountant

“I'm missing March's documents.” Again.

It finds each invoice in your mailboxes, attaches it to the transaction, and prepares a complete delivery, sorted by month.

What happens

The accountant's e-mail always arrives at the wrong moment. A list of twenty transactions without documents. You search, you forward one by one, you forget three. Next month, it starts again.

What it does in this case

  1. It reads the list

Your accountant's e-mail becomes a list of transactions to document, each with its status.

  2. It searches your mailboxes

All your mailboxes, all attachments, the history. What it finds is attached.

  3. It asks for the rest

For each document it can't find, the request to the supplier is ready. You approve.

  4. It prepares the delivery

One delivery, sorted by month, with the list of what's still missing and why.

What it never does without you

It doesn't pay. It doesn't send. It doesn't sign. It doesn't commit your company.

  • Draft mode

Every e-mail, every request waits for your approval.

  • Log

Every action is traced, dated, readable.

  • Kill switch

One gesture, and all sending stops.

  • Sending cap

A maximum number of sends per day, and a copy to you every time.

Questions

Does my accountant have to change anything?
No. They receive a sorted delivery by e-mail: an archive with the documents and an index of transactions (Excel or CSV). Upload to their portal on request.
Does it send directly to the accountant?
By default it prepares and you send. If you enable send mode, it can send itself, with a copy to you.
What about paper documents?
Scanned or photographed, e-mailed to the assistant's address: they are read and filed like the others.
