Year end

A year of loose documents. We go through everything.

It goes through the year transaction by transaction, finds or requests each document, and delivers a file sorted by month to your accountant.

What happens

Invoices are in e-mails, receipts in a box, statements at the bank. The accountant needs everything to close the year. You block a weekend, and half is still missing.

What it does in this case

  1. It starts from the bank

The year's export, transaction by transaction. Each line becomes a case to document.

  2. It digs through your mailboxes

All the year's attachments, attached to transactions. Scanned receipts too.

  3. It asks for what's missing

Supplier by supplier, one grouped request per period. You approve.

  4. It delivers

One file per month, a register, the list of what's still unfindable. Your accountant knows exactly where they stand.

Annual accounts have a deadline too

  • As of 31 August 2026, 38,716 company files in Luxembourg had annual accounts not filed within the legal deadline, according to the Luxembourg Business Registers quoted by Paperjam.
  • Since 21 September 2026, non-filing exposes companies to gradual sanctions, up to a €40-per-day penalty and ex-officio removal.

What it never does without you

It doesn't pay. It doesn't send. It doesn't sign. It doesn't commit your company.

  • Draft mode

Every e-mail, every request waits for your approval.

  • Log

Every action is traced, dated, readable.

  • Kill switch

One gesture, and all sending stops.

  • Sending cap

A maximum number of sends per day, and a copy to you every time.

Questions

How long to catch up a year?
Two to three weeks, depending on volume. It depends on the number of transactions and mailboxes. The check gives an order of magnitude, the quote sets it in days.
What about paper receipts?
Scanned or photographed in batches, sent to the assistant's address. It reads and attaches them.
Does it replace the accountant's closing?
No. It gives them a complete file to do it.
